Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or have your parent or guardian's consent). You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. One person or entity per account.

iLoveDXF provides browser-based DXF viewing and checking, file conversion, and related CAD/CAM, PDF, SVG, and image tools. Most tools run locally in your browser; a small number require a server-side conversion step, as described in our Privacy Policy. Some features require an account.

Some actions, such as exporting or downloading a generated file or saving a report, consume credits. New accounts receive a starting amount of free credits, and you can earn more (for example, through referrals). Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money.

Premium is an optional subscription priced at US$2.99 per month that adds 1,000 credits to your account at the start of each billing cycle. Premium is a metered credit plan, not an unlimited plan.

Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically each month until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You can cancel at any time from your account or the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access and any remaining cycle credits until the end of your current paid period.

Prices, credit amounts, and features may change; we will provide notice of material changes, and changes apply to future billing cycles. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You keep all rights to the files and content you process with the Service. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the relevant tool: for in-browser tools this processing happens on your device, and for the two server-side conversion tools it is limited to performing the conversion and returning the result. You are solely responsible for your files and for having the rights necessary to use and convert them.

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; upload malware or content you have no right to use; attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or security measures; resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission; or use automated means to access the Service except as expressly allowed.

The Service, including the iLoveDXF name, logo, software, design, and content (excluding your files), is owned by iLoveDXF or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Reports, conversions, and outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They do not replace professional CAD/CAM review, engineering judgment, machine setup validation, material testing, or production approval. You are responsible for verifying drawings, toolpaths, machine settings, tolerances, material behavior, and safety controls before manufacturing or sharing outputs.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLoveDXF and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, production losses, material waste, machine damage, or data loss, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US$50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iLoveDXF and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your files, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

The Service relies on third parties (such as Stripe, Supabase, Google, and our hosting provider). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

We may modify or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we make material changes, we will update the 'last updated' date and, where appropriate, provide notice. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence applies to you. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@ilovedxf.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and iLoveDXF regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
