Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work for iLoveDXF Premium. It is part of our Terms of Use. iLoveDXF Premium is a digital subscription that delivers credits immediately, which affects when refunds are available.

Subscriptions and billing

iLoveDXF Premium costs US$2.99 per month and adds 1,000 credits to your account at the start of each billing cycle. Payments are processed by Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method.

All sales are final (no refunds)

Because Premium provides digital credits and access that become available to you immediately, all payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and for credits that remain unused. Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund the current or past billing periods.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account page or the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, you will not be charged again, and you keep Premium access and any remaining credits for the current billing cycle through its end. After that, your account returns to the free plan and you keep any credits you have not used.

Credits

Credits (whether granted on signup, earned through referrals, or added by a subscription) have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money. Credits are non-refundable. Unless we state otherwise, credits do not expire and roll over while your account is open.

Statutory rights for consumers (EU, UK, EEA, and others)

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal or 'cooling-off' period for distance contracts (for example, the EU, the UK, and the EEA), the following applies: by subscribing and choosing to use the digital service and credits immediately, you expressly request that we begin performance right away and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun and/or credits have been used. Where a statutory refund right still applies to you despite this, we will honor it - contact us at support@ilovedxf.com.

Billing errors, duplicate charges, and failed delivery

If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same period, or did not receive the Premium credits you paid for, contact us at support@ilovedxf.com with your account email and details. We will investigate and, where a genuine billing error or non-delivery is confirmed, correct it or issue a refund or equivalent credits.

How to request a refund or report a problem

Email support@ilovedxf.com from the address associated with your account, including a description of the issue and any relevant transaction details. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first so we can help - this is usually faster than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback for a legitimate charge may result in suspension of your account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the 'last updated' date and apply to purchases made after the change.
