PDF 表单填写工具

填写可填写的 PDF 表单字段并下载完成的文件——全部在浏览器中完成。

PDF 在浏览器中处理——下载前不会上传任何内容。

How it helps

Reads text fields, checkboxes, radio groups, dropdowns, and multi-select lists from any fillable PDF.
Shows a page preview alongside a clean, editable field list.
Optionally flatten the form so filled values become permanent, non-editable text.
Processed in your browser until you download.

Best practices

  • - Flatten the form once you're done if you'll be sharing or archiving the completed document.
  • - Leave it unflattened if the next person needs to review or adjust your answers.
  • - Radio groups and dropdowns only accept one of the PDF's own defined options.
  • - If a PDF shows no fields, it likely isn't a real AcroForm — some PDFs only look fillable in certain readers.

Limitations

  • - Only works with real AcroForm fields; it can't add form fields to a PDF that doesn't already have them.
  • - Signature fields and complex JavaScript-driven forms aren't supported.
  • - Very large or heavily secured PDFs may not open in the browser.

FAQ

What does flattening do?

It converts every filled-in field into permanent page content and removes the interactive form, so the values can no longer be edited by anyone who opens the file afterward.

Can I add new fields to a PDF that doesn't have any?

No — this tool only fills in fields that already exist in the PDF's form. Creating a new fillable form from a flat PDF isn't supported yet.

Why does it say there are no fillable fields?

The PDF doesn't have a real AcroForm — some documents look like forms visually but have no actual interactive fields embedded.

Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No, it's processed entirely in your browser. It's only sent anywhere when you choose to download the result.
